Volunteer Sudbury in the News

The Sudbury Volunteer Managers’ Network (SVMN) is a group of volunteer managers (both paid and volunteer) who meet to share knowledge and resources. It is hosted by United Way/Centraide and Volunteer Sudbury/Bénévolat Sudbury.

Mission:   To foster excellence in volunteer management through peer support and professional development.

Vision:      All volunteers will enjoy supportive environments and leaders who are skilled in volunteer management.

Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of: September, October, November, January, February, March and May and are held from noon till 2:00 p.m. (Bring your own lunch.)

Meetings are held at United Way, 105 Elm Street, Unit E-6.

Volunteer Sudbury's Board of Directors meets every first Monday of the month at Pioneer Manor, 1127 Bancroft Drive, Sudbury at 7pm. If you're interested in being on the Board or participating in these meetings, please contact Melanie Lalonde at 560-6661 ext. 202.
