Nott, President |
| Barbara was an Elementary School Teacher
and Guidance Councilor for 35 years. She has been an adult member
of Girl Guides of Canada for over 40 years both as a unit leader and
presently as a National Training Adviser for Girl Guides of Canada.
She is responsible for all adult training with the organization. Barbara
has volunteered and served on executives for Curling and has chaired
many committees for the school board and other organizations. She
is presently retired and has finished being part of a team that wrote
a Grade 7 and Grade 8 math textbook for Nelson Publishing. |

| Andre
Clement, First Vice President |
| Andre managed social, mental health,
correctional, and justice services with the Ontario Government as
a Program Administrator, Wilderness Program Administrator, Planning
Officer, and Regional Director, Corrections, and Regional Director
Justice Administrator, Justice Administration in Northern Ontario.
He distinguished himself in managing change, reducing costs, building
work teams, operating community and residential correctional programs,maintaining
positive labour relations, and developing justice programs in First
Nations communities. Over the last ten years, Andre's consulting practice
has prided itself in its ability to simplify the complex, constructing
project teams with the right mix of expertise and deliver a product
that integrates the needs of multiple stakeholders. Andre has enjoyed
several strategic planning and governance projects with Boards of
Directors and First Nations. |

| Ron’s
vision for the future of this great City is one of a thriving community.
It is of a city where people from all over Northern Ontario will come
to shop, relax and play! It is where students from all over
will come to further their education at Laurentian University, Cambrian
College and Collège Boréal. Sudbury is currently on the edge
of attracting some major developments which will create some much
needed jobs. The City of Greater Sudbury has a very bright future
and Ron is extremely proud and honoured to be Counselor in it. |

| Lissa
Lavallee is a Band Member from the Wikwemikong Unceeded Indian Reserve.
She is a graduate of Laurentian University’s, Honors Bachelor Social
Work- Native Human Services Program and is currently pursuing Graduate
Studies/Masters of Social Work. She currently holds the position of
Project Manager for Laurentian University and Seven Generations Educational
Institute. She also currently holds a seat on the Board for Better
Beginning Better Futures representation for the Native Community and
participates with a committee for Native Human Services 20th
Year Reunion. Her family and friends are a high priority for
her and who she is and where she came from is also very important
to her and her two boys.

Barton, Director |
| Jeremy
currently works as an Employee Benefits Specialist with The Resource
Centre - Northern Ontario for Great-West Life, where he supports financial
advisors across Northern Ontario by acting as a consultant and wholesaler
for their group benefits business. He works closely with advisors
and local businesses, providing advice on their company's insurance
needs. He has been there since he graduated from Laurentian University
in May 2006 with an H.B. Comm in Sports Administration. During his
time at Laurentian, he served as VP of the Student Council for SPAD
and sat on the SPAD academic council. He spearheaded fundraising activities
that raised tens of thousands of dollars for the program. He does
significant work with The Heart and Stroke Foundation, is the Volunteer
Chair at The Resource Centre and helped create and sits on that office's
Workplace Wellness Committee.

Melanie Lalonde,
Program Coordinator |
| Melanie
is currently a Graduate student in the Applied Social Research Program
at Laurentian University. She sits as the student representative on
both the M.A. departmental committee board and 'Ongoing Reform Committee'
to improve the M.A. program at Laurentian. In addition to this she
also works as a Research Assistant at the SDHU, where she is currently
assisting in writing the final research report, for which she will
be acknowledged in the publishing. |
