Step #1 Decide Why You Want To Volunteer

Or are you just looking for a fun new environment to meet new friends and enjoy new experiences? These are all questions you must ask yourself, in stage #1.

Step #2 Find Help And Guidance to Navigate the Opportunities
Navigating the large list of not-for-profit organizations in Greater Sudbury can be an intimidating process. Volunteer Sudbury has trained staff that are knowledgeable on the opportunities and organizations in the community that are currently looking for Volunteers. Our staff are ready to assist you to find the perfect opportunity.

Step #3 Discover Your Interests and Passions

Volunteer Sudbury is currently partnered with over 80 community organizations that are looking for Volunteers. Opportunities are diverse, just as the organizations are. It is important that you discover your passion and interests, then our staff can ensure you are paired with the perfect not-for-profit Volunteer Opportunity.

Step #4 Make It Happen

Once you have determined why you want to volunteer, and you have, with the assistance of our staff discovered your interests and passions, it is time to begin volunteering. Start by filling out an application in our office. You can access our application online, in our office, via email, or via fax. Once you have filled out the application our staff will begin looking for an opportunity that meets the criteria you outlined, Then you can begin Volunteering and making a difference in Greater Sudbury!
